He has completed trainings on computer skills, performance improvement, preventing workplace harassment, associate relations & affirmative action and teamwork. He has traveled to India, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Dubai, and South Korea.  Towfeeq has also received a series of exclusive trainings on leadership, contract management, strategic planning, result based budgeting, gender budgeting, good governance, peace building and conflict resolution.
