Ms. Forozan Rasooli is working as the Deputy Director at Equality for Peace and Development (EPD). It’s worth mentioning that in the year 2015, out of 800 applicants, Ms. Forozan was successful to be one of the 15 awardees of the UK’s prestigious Chevening scholarship to follow her masters in England. Funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Chevening is the UK Government’s international awards scheme aimed at developing global leaders. She completed her Masters with Merit in Public Administration from Portsmouth University of England.
Ms. Forozan has more than 9 years of working experience on different projects with national and international organizations including Development Alternatives, Inc., International Relief Development (IRD), Deloitte, Bearing point and United Nations.
She has worked in Capacity Building, Human Resource Management, Administration, Women Development, Organizational Development, Communications and Humanitarian Assistance. In her current role at EPD as Program and Advocacy Manager, she is managing couple of project activities and representing EPD at events and meetings.
Ms. Forozan has improved language skills in Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Hindi and English.
