Thank you for your interest in volunteering with EQUALITY for Peace and Development (EPD). Volunteers register to assist or undertake activities at EPD of their own free will and without remuneration or other financial benefit. However with this work experience the volunteers will gain the benefit of working with experienced staff in a friendly work environment at the EPD office, become part of coalitions, be able to build networks and cooperation with civil society organizations, policy makers, international and national organizations. The volunteers will get the chance to become more visible in society and participate in meetings and conferences at the national and international levels.
Currently, EPD offers two platforms i.e. Afghan’s Coalition for Transparency and Accountability (ACTA) and Provincial Women Network (PWN) under which the college/university students and/or recent university/college graduates can volunteer in different positions and be a part of the dynamic EPD team and gain on the ground experience of project management, event management, and operations.
Criteria: High school graduates, college and university students and recent graduates. Volunteers are selected based on their interest and commitment and the volunteering opportunities we offer.
