EPDO has prioritized youth in security in this program as their years-long involvement with the IEA during Afghanistan\u2019s previous governance has put them at a high-security risk and increased their social and economic vulnerability. The program has different components: one component focuses on the delivery of essential humanitarian aid and the second one focuses on women\u2019s rights training under sharia for the same group of beneficiaries.
