Provision of Essential Humanitarian Support

In this program, EPDO provides immediate humanitarian aid and livelihood support to address the needs of the community people in security. EPDO has prioritized youth in security in this program as their years-long involvement with the IEA during Afghanistan’s previous governance has put them at a high-security risk and increased their social and economic vulnerability. The program has different components: one component focuses on the delivery of essential humanitarian aid and the second one focuses on women’s rights training under sharia for the same group of beneficiaries. In conclusion, this program ensures a vulnerable group differently affected by the crisis has access to life-saving services that meet their particular needs.
